How can I return or change an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. You can return the item by mail or at any 120% Lino store. The item must be in new or unused condition with tags on.
To return a product, it must be in perfect condition, and you must provide the purchase receipt and the completed return form. The refund will only be processed once the credit card used for the purchase is credited. Please note a restocking fee of $20 on domestic and $25 on International orders will be applied to returns.
To return a product, please contact our Returns Department at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Refunds are processed within approximately 10 business days of receiving the merchandise. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used to make the purchase on the site. Please note that there are no refunds on any products designated as on-sale.
If you need to return a defective product, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty or the product description on our site.
To ensure a smooth process and a timely refund, please follow the return instructions below:
Return / Change by mail:
- Client emails email@example.com to request a return. Warehouse manager sends client a UPS return label
- Once we receive the item in the warehouse, we will process the return within approximately 7-10 business days and credit the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is completed.
Return / Change in store:
You can return the item to any 120% Lino flagship store in the U.S. Please bring the item in its original packaging with a printed version of the digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Refunds for online orders purchased using PayPal, Amazon Pay, and AfterPay cannot be issued in a 120% Lino store and must be processed and issued from 120percento.com.
How many days do I have to exchange or return an item?
At 120% Lino, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and change policy. You can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
We accept returns by mail or at any of our 120% Lino stores. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be in new or unused condition with all original tags attached.

Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 14 days from the date of delivery to the 120% Lino return address listed on the return shipping label or to a 120% Lino store in the United States (Flagship Stores).
Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:
All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. All merchandise - that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Items purchased at a 120% Lino store, or other multi-brand retailer or department store cannot be returned to 120percento.com. These items may only be returned to the store of the original purchase.
All items must match those identified in return request.
